Pavillion Presentation board, Movie & pamphlet-THE SUNKEN ECHOES

This is our 2nd project which was based on any one animal from the ZOO NEGARA. And i chose the Elephant for which we were to create a pavilion. My whole pavilion is based on the concept of Sunken Echoes which came about from the Art piece i did.

FINAL PRESENTATION BOARD

This is the final presentation board of the final design. Our design was based on the Zoo Negara visitor centre and we were to design the interior of the circular space relating to the 5 pillars of the zoo, which are Conservation, Education, Recreation, Training and Research. 

In my design the main pillar that i focused on was the Conservation of Animals. There are altogether 6 main spaces. Library, Children Space, Conservation gallery, Massacre Gallery, Cafe and staging. 

The theme i used is naturalism, using natural colors and their materials. 

Comments i got from the panel for my presentation:

to put the programming and the perspectives together. to be more bold with the design flow- to relate one programming to another. like a story board. to have fewer toilets. and to use the void spaces as one space too. Also to know the amount of people that could enter the centre at one time and how to provide a bigger space for them.
